In the midst of these challenging times, I confess that gathering my thoughts and finding a focal point for today’s newsletter was no small feat. In moments like these, when words escape us, exploring the concept of trust feels particularly pertinent. Trust, I have found, acts as a steadfast anchor, guiding us through the tumultuous seas of life and helping us cope with even the most difficult situations and triggers in our daily lives.
Today, I want to share with you the wisdom I’ve found in Anton Antonovsky's salutogenic approach, a beacon of light amid uncertainty. This philosophy emphasizes the factors that bolster human health and well-being, reminding us of the inherent resilience within us. Trust, I believe, is the cornerstone of this resilience, especially within our close-knit community.
